Probiotics for yeast infections
What are your favorite probiotics to take for yeast infections and vaginal health while pregnant? I'm prone to yeast infections and especially so while pregnant. I'd like to start taking probiotics so that I don't have to buy monistat so often... and there's so many kinds of probiotics out there its overwhelming. What kinds are effective and safe while pregnant?
