People have one night stands and have sex before they make their relationship official. So is it okay to lose your virgininty at the age of 16 when you been dating for a month ?

I personally think it's too young. Everyone is different but having sex is a very emotionally and mentally tough think to go through. Even most adults have a tough time after sleeping with someone for the first time. I suggest waiting until you are old and mature enough to handle all the reprocussions and responsibility associated with becoming sexually active. The longer you wait the more you know when you are ready and the more you'll have chosen the right person to lose it to!
