Would you go to the doctor over this??

Is this something that I should go to the doctor about or is my anxiety getting the best of me again???

About a week ago I got my period. It was on and off. The first day I only bled for a couple of hours and stopped. Then I bled straight as normal. A day and a half ago, my period stopped. It was gone! Today... out of nowhere... I am bleeding again. And not just a little bit. When I go to the bathroom clots are coming out into the toilet. So it’s like I got my period again in full force after it left for the month.,.

I was on antibiotics about 2 weeks ago for a UTI and while I had the UTI I was also faintly bleeding then along with the occasional clot. But I thought my period was just coming early... I feel like I’ve been bleeding forever.

My period is normally light, gone in 3ish days. The past 4 months have been heavier. I am 31 so I guess my body is changing but this is just weird!!
