Mine hasn't, yet at least. My niece did on me though though she was about 4 months! Laying in my dad's king bed,, she flung her bottle to the floor, no sooner than I bent down to pick it up and I go to stand and PLOP there's lil miss Naomi. Carpeted floor, thank God, she looked up and smiled at me! Freaking goof. Scared the shit out of me.

I haven’t experienced this (yet) with twins I imagine once they are both rolling and morning more this may happen!
My son now 2.5 wasn’t a big roller. Once he could crawl we new the bed wasn’t a good spot to set him unless we were hand on the whole time. 
My sister co-sleeps and has co-slept with both my nieces and I believe my youngest fell out of bed once but didn’t land on head so no need to trip to hospital.

My first fell off my bed I felt so bad she was around 6 month and starting to move around alot I had pillows around her but she wiggled through them and fell off. We went to the hospital and she was good the nurse could see I was really upset and told me it was ok that babes are very tough it helped a little but I felt sooo horrible.
