Period 19 days late & 3 neg HPT

My cycle is generally normal aside from when overly stressed it maybe delayed up to 3 days.

We are now on day 19 and had sex 3 days before when my cycle was due to start. Prior not at all for one reason or another.

I’m experiencing the lower back pain/cramps mildly but no onset of any other symptoms though am urinating more than normal but have also my fluid intake is up.

Going to make doc appt but will likely be a phone call due to current protocols.

(Not on any medications (other than an Advil or Benadryl) so that’s out/ no real stress/ eating habits generally the same)
