Advice please

Boyfriend and I had sex last May 6, according to Glow it was the second day pf my ovulation. He didn’t came inside me. He pulled out around 2-3 minutes before ejaculation I was also off the pill since April 13. I had my period last May 24,25,and26 (only blood clots) I only have blood clots during period days since I was on the pill that’s the reason why I went off it. Now I am experiencing dull pain on my left pelvis (was diagnosed to have ovarian cyst on my left last 2016). Could this be my cyst acting up again because I went off the pill? Acnes are all over my face again especially my chin.
