Marriage advice for him

My husband and I have been married for 8 months now and we’re still learning and have a lot to learn about each other. This question might sound confusing but is there anything online I can read about of how a husband should be with his wife? I know the Bible has good marriage quotes but I want to find something else for my husband. We kind of have issues of him feeling like he has to choose between his mom and I sometimes and it’s not about that nor about choosing sides. I’m his wife and I come first but he doesn’t seem to understand things like that. So if anything has info I can read up on to show him that or anything else for marriage couples that would be greatly appreciated!
