Plan b and ovulation

(I hope this is the right group with some answers.)

I was away for a couple of weeks to my home town while my husband stayed back. When I got back my husband and I were eager to see each other and things got pretty steamy. Note: we use natural family planning with ovulation tests and such. Most of the time I don’t typically ovulate or I miss it. When I got back we were too excited and he ejaculated inside of me. Me being silly I didn’t check ovulation until after. I was peak fertility and we thought on whether to take a plan b since we are married and happy. We ultimately decided to take one about 24 hours later. Will the plan b work or was it too late considering I got a positive opk? We really don’t mind the only thing stopping us from having a baby is our age so we took one and thought well if it’s meant to be it will be. So my question is, how likely is pregnancy?

Again, either way we will be very happy.
