7w pp and possibly pregnant again??

I had a baby 7w+2d ago and I’m scared that I’m pregnant again. We had sex just over a week ago (unprotected cause I’m an idiot Ik don’t need the lecture) but I stopped bleeding within a week of having my daughter but had complications (womb infection,bladder infection, bacterial vaginosis, another bladder infection) so for the first 4/5 weeks was me in pain crying and hardly being able to get out of bed (crawling to the bathroom literally).

Anyways… I think I might be pregnant again 🤦‍♀️ it started off looking like spotting but now it’s like blood mixed with discharge (looks watery) but it’s not heavy enough to be my period. My period is normally about the same as my postpartum bleeding. I’ve had stomach pains that are sort of like period cramps but I don’t think they are. Anyways, I’m turning 20 on the 8th June. My partner has only just turned 18 a month ago! We both work (he’s only just started last Tuesday) and I’ve been working for 4 years almost (since I was 16) at McDonald’s! But we can’t afford another baby!! Neither of us agree with abortion so that’s not going to happen and I’d keep the baby anyways but idk what I’m gonna do. Idk if I am pregnant again or not. And we both live with my parents who aren’t going to be happy at all 😫😫 I feel like an absolute f***ing moron who needs to get sterilised or something.

Could it be my period but really light?? Or is it spotting??

Going to test anyways in a few days this is just to try out my mind at rest if possible. Please no judgement I already know I’m an idiot and I fucking knew I shouldn’t have had sex unprotected with him but too late now 😭😭
