Braxton Hicks?

I really think I’m going through Braxton Hicks. I’m 25+3 with twin girls & they also go so deep into my back 😫😥my anxiety always makes me think I’m having starting contractions 😭😭😭😂sounds crazy but I makes sure I focus on them till they go away, anyone else?

They are normal. You actually have them all the time it’s just that now that the baby is bigger you actually feel them.  It’s nothing to worry about.

As long as they don't get progressively worse for hours on end, they're harmless and actually helpful. They do hurt though! Gets you somewhat prepared for the real thing, of course labor contractions are much more intense. We've been having them all the time, they're just noticeable now that our uteruses are bigger in size. Best wishes!
