So I just found out that I am pregnant again! I have a 7mo old and I have just started loosely doing Keto. I am in desperate need to lose 100lbs. I have to because I have a heart condition.
What exercises can I do to lose weight in my thighs and butt along with belly?? That’s safe for both of my babies!
