how to work out when pregnant

so before i got pregnant i was working out and trying to lose some weight/get in shape. i'm a first year teacher so i wouldn't have the time and energy to do much but i would usually do something like 30 min of strength training. i'm 12 weeks pregnant now and since i've been pregnant i haven't been able to work out at all between teaching, exhaustion and upset stomach. i have started to feel a little better lately (plus the school year is ending so i'll have more time). i haven't been eating great the past 3 months due to upset stomach and really weird cravings/aversions. i'm going to start cooking and eating more balanced meals. i've already gained 12 lbs and i'm worried about it. what can i do to slow down my weight gain and strengthen my body, without wearing myself out or going too hard? what do you guys do? thanks :)
