Would like your opinion - updated

Hello everyone,

I would like your opinion on something as I am rather worried. I had rather severe cramps yesterday and today a lot less, but it’s still there (letting out gas seemed to help though). I have been bleeding lightly and light red for four weeks on and off, but yesterday it looked red although also still light bleeding. Today, it’s less than yesterday, but I did see some blood clots.

Does this mean anything?

I have my first ultrasound planned this Thursday. I should be almost 8 weeks with my first.

I don’t even know if I should call anybody, I mean, what could they do? It’s not an emergency right. Should I wait till tomorrow and call as they’re closed now? That’s why I’d like your opinion.

Update: Sadly, it was a miscarriage and it’s been confirmed today that I lost the baby.
