Please help! BABY RASH ..

Has anyone ever experienced this with their babies? My baby is 4 months old and I only use aveeno eczema therapy moisturizer and Vaseline on her skin. The doctor recommended her to bathe in dove sensitive skin. She also uses a hypoallergenic detergent for clothes. Hospital said it’s just eczema but I’m not sure. Her pediatrician is closed until tomorrow. Any advice would be appreciated.
