Temping after BFP?

I am a nervous person and I have the urge to keep temping.  I got my BFP early yesterday and AF would have been due this upcoming Wed. My temp always drops the day before AF, so I’m tempted to take it to see.  I read that temps can vary so much in early pregnancy and that it’s best to stop temping.  Did you guys stop temping when you got a Bfp?

Depends who you ask. I temped for about 20 days longer. There isn't much of a benefit as it can cause more stress worrying about every dip and rise. But I enjoyed temping so stuck with it a little while longer. If you're going to miscarry, temping can let you know. But you can't prevent it from happening if it will happen, so many docs say just to stop to avoid over-stressing.

Don’t temp once you have a positive because it’ll still fluctuate and it’ll just stress you out
