Baby measuring bigger question

What does it mean when they tape measure you and say baby is measuring big? Does that mean big as in “weighing more” or big as in a week ahead in size? And how is that possible to be ahead a week? I used <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, so, we know when exactly I got pregnant? Thank you!!!
