Oh my God tonight I had probably the most extreme pain I've felt through the whole pregnancy.

I'm 20+3 and my back was feeling funny all day, getting little fluttery feelings in my lower back (it actually felt like baby was kicking my back from the outside!) And twingy all day, I ended up having to work from bed for the last hour of my day I just couldn't sit up anymore.

Went for a walk (not far maybe 3km) after work and came home, made dinner and then lay on the couch for an hour or so but when I went to get up to do the dishes, within 2 minutes of standing I had the most extreme pain in my lower left side / back that I almost threw up.

I had to lie down immediately and it took about 15 minutes to subside.

Is this sciatica pain?? I was in absolute agony but now 30 minutes later I feel nothing again. I'm scared to stand up to be honest...
