Pregnant or peri menopause ?

I’m 46 and my periods are pretty regular. My period is 10 days late. Am I more likely to be pregnant or starting peri menopause? I really don’t want to be pregnant.

You might’ve ovulated late. Menopause is more than one late period.

Since I turned 42, my cycles have been all over the place, and having Covid last year didn’t help my cycles were 20 days, 10 days, 15 days late, four days early, nine days early which actually gave me two cycles in one month, I would wait until you were a week late, take a test, if you’re not pregnant, then you know it’s your body changing. Anything can affect your cycle from age, hormonal levels, lack of sleep, stress, diet, exercise, sex, masturbation, Plan B, antibiotics, you name it
