Do you temp while having a cold?

OF COURSE I catch a small cold 1DPO - do you ladies think I should keep up with taking bbt? Or wait until the cold resolves to start back up again (hopefully soon)?

Answer

I don’t temp anymore, but from my understanding you should definitely keep tracking your temperature throughout the cold.
Just make a little note somewhere stating that you were sick those days!
I don’t think it’s very likely that you’d get a fever during your cold, so the temps should be accurate.
