Pregnant?

So I got two positive pregnancy test yesterday... but I have back cramps. I normally get these cramps when I’m about to start my period and today is my first missed day. Is this normal? I’m concerned I’m not actually pregnant or maybe something is wrong.

Cramping in early pregnancy is super common and normal!
I had cramps identical to period cramps for almost the whole first trimester!

Same I’m so confused .. 2 tests both positive. Then for 24 hrs I had what was spotting and smears of light pinkish to light red to brown but never any clots or anything like that .. it spotted I feel sick I’m exhausted my head is killing me .. I just moved and I’m trying to get in with a new doctor

I got period like cramps with all three of my babies. With my first I didn’t know that happens sometimes so I was really scared my period was going to start. It never did. Just give it some time. 😊 I’m not saying it’s normal or not normal, I just mean I know how you feel and it happened to me each time.

False positives are extremely rare!! Back pain is normal during pregnancy, even early pregnancy.
