Fajas/waist trainers?

So I believe this is the best place to help me out. I am due in 10 weeks with my first ever child.💗 
But how do I determine what faja/waist trainer is my size? Also, do I wear it immediately right after delivery? 24hr after?
What fajas/waist trainer do y’all recommend?

I recommend one thats for PP you can look at Amazon but honestly I used it when I got out the hospital with me first second I waited 2 days and weared it tight enough and that helped me flatten my stomach and the healing process of letting my uterus go to its normal size I still wear it after 3 months PP
