Tampon Help?

Im 18 going on 19 in 14 days and I never used a tampon. Ive been sticking with pads😂 Well for my friends graduation party he is having it at Kalahari. I have no clue how to use these things and I personally dont like them 😅
But I really want to swim. So please put any tampons tips😭😩

The other ladies have given great advice. I’d also recommend starting with the kind with the plastic applicator. They tend to be easier and more comfortable to insert when your first getting the hang of it.

You might want to look up menstrual cups in the future once you get more comfortable. Great when going in the pool

Just relax while you attempt to insert it into your vagina. It’s not going to hurt you! It does take practice for sure. Good luck and you can do it . Put one leg up on the bath tub or something like that, squat down..

If you buy a box of tampons there will be a picture on how you can insert them. If you dont like them you can also get a period cup.

First started using tampons when I was 22. I had no idea what I was doing. But I googled how to insert a tampon. It was every helpful & got it. Hope you get it.

Sit on the toilet and relax. Use your left pointer finger and left middle finger to spread your vaginal lips apart and use your right hand to insert the tampon. Do it slowly, it took me like 15 minutes the first time I put one in like 10 years ago. My recommendation is to leave it in for a good few hours, I tried to take mine out after a hour and it was still dry and uncomfortable to take out the first time. You got this girl!
