Round ligament vs cyst?

I’ve been having discomfort in this area only on my left side. I don’t wake up with it but I’m not sure if it’s round ligament pain or possibly a cyst? I’m 17 wks pregnant... I have my next dr appt

next week but in the meantime anyone have anything similar?

That’s possibly the side you ovulated from. When you ovulate, the corpus luteum cyst is what pumps out progesterone until your second trimester, when the placenta takes over.
