Pcos and ttc

I am hoping for some insight. I have pcos and and working on losing weight I am down 25 lbs so far. I finally had a normal period in October 7 days done. I completely skipped November and AF showed today. How do I tell when i O the test never show anything. I am also on month 3 of fertibella. I appreciate and insight. Thanks
