how to help with my pcos
i recently just got diagnosed with pcos, i got for an ultra sound next tuesday to make sure i don’t have any cyst. my periods are irregular and painful. i feel like i’m always cramping or having sharp pains. even when i’m not on my period. i’m 4’11 and 135 pounds. i do not have any body/face hair and do not have acne. i was wondering what i could try and help. i have been trying to get pregnant since i finally got my period back last may. i was on the birth control shot for 5 years and was suppose to go back and take it dec. 5th,2019. i got my period back. i do not know much about pcos, but i would love to have any tips of what i could take to just help me
