Baby is measuring big...

Had a follow up growth scan today as at our 20 week anatomy scan she was measuring big. Scan showed she is in the 97th percentile, weighing 2lbs 13oz at 27+3.

Has anyone had a baby with similar percentiles and have any issues during birth? I am worried that if she continues at this rate I might not be able to have a vaginal delivery...
