Cold while pregnant

I DO plan on calling my doctor when I wake up in the morning as they’re closed right now, but I’m just curious what anyone has took for a cold while pregnant, I camped over the weekend and woke up with a cold and cold sore today... my nose is beyond stuffy but still runs like crazy, I have a 99.8 temp, a pounding head ache and I have no clue what I can take, and have no clue what I can put on a cold sore as I normally use campho phenique if I do get one... I googled it all but there’s so much different information... help please, I have to work a 10 hour shift tomorrow and don’t want to feel like this at work!
