Pumping at work

I had to do computer training at work today I only pumped one time I was there for five hours. It’s just a hassle I have to bring ice packs and I have to go upstairs to the break room to grab my pump from the fridge and storage bag go all the way downstairs to the file maintenance room to pump go back upstairs to put my stuff away it just seems so time consuming and we talked about going to formula he’s 11 months old today I just don’t know what to do or how to make it simpler any advice would be great I found some pump wipes on Amazon and I can just leave everything in the file maintenance room because the ice packs last a long time any thoughts? My hours would be 4 PM to 12 AM and honestly I feel like it would be so much of a hassle and I should just go to formula but I feel so guilty.
