Chance of miscarriage????

I had my 20 week anatomy scan 3 weeks ago and she said baby looked great and heart rate was 158, I can’t help but still get so so worried about a miscarriage. I haven’t felt her move that much but I know it’s still early, my anxiety is super high. I’ll be 24 weeks Monday and I still don’t feel very much movement especially within the last day or two which makes me nervous but I wasn’t feeling that much to start with. I don’t have another appt until Tuesday :(

My anxiety is high, what are the chances for a miscarriage still high?
