Silly question maybe?

But does anyone else seem to know when baby is going through a growth spurt in your womb? This is my third baby so I’m familiar with pregnancy. This time, it seems some days I poop a bit (sorry TMI) and just feel blah and tired. I kinda just chalked it up to baby going through some sort of growth spurt but of course I could be making it up 🤪🤷🏻‍♀️
