11 weeks pp

so the other day me and my boyfriend had a slip up & had unprotected sex, and of course he finished in me, i got my period 6 weeks pp.. i know the chance are greater after having a baby. me being pregnant again isn’t the concern, it’s just the effects that it’ll have on my body that im really scared about.. anybody else gotten pregnant soon after having a baby? & was there any problems? just incase i might be pregnant again
