What's going on- period? Pregnant? No clue

I had a fast 7 week miscarriage on may 6. Was like a regular period after everything passed.

Im hitting the 4 week mark now.

I took a preg test and it came out OBVIOUSLY pregnant.

But some say it could be left over HCg so fine.

Next day (2 days ago) I thought I got my period cus I say light pink. It was like the fertile discharge mixed with pink it was so light. Barely there.

I feel crampy and I'm having the white non fertile discharge no blood.

What the heck
