Hey guys! I’m still not great with telling when ovulation was based on temps. Was it before the dip? Or after? I keep hearing about a fall-back rise and I guess I just don’t understand. Any input is much appreciated. Thank you❤️

The day before the thermal shift is the ovulation date. But your chart may not be accurate as you are not using a BBT thermometer.
