Any mama here with low milk supply.

I tried a couple of things didn’t work. I guess sometimes it is what it is :)

Baby is 7 plus weeks old now thriving on formula which is not at all bad. Just felt like sharing my thoughts.

I had thought I would EBF but definitely didn’t happen. Even consulted IBCLC+ pumping but milk supply never went up and now baby doesn’t even want to latch due to low milk flow. She now have only one feed from me which requires bottle top up definitely.

I have been feeling so low in myself due to this since post-delivery.

Any mama’s out there with similar scenario.
