Baby movement??

Question

This is my first pregnancy and have no idea what the feeling is... I have read about flutters or other sensations but still idk. Do the flutters have the same feeling as “butterflies”?? I just want to know what I am looking for. I’m just starting to feel some sort of butterfly type sensation but honestly have idea. It could just be my anxiety. I’m also starting to feel like a light twitching in my lower abdomen could that be it??

Light twitches, butterflies, gas, there’s so many ways to describe it but none really fit how it feels. I have an anterior placenta which muted a lot of the early movements so I didn’t feel anything until the end of 18 weeks. 
When it happened, Baby found a spot I could feel on my left side and gave me a thundering of swift kicks that I could even feel from the outside! I was laying on my left side with my hand pressed against the side of my belly, I was just about to fall asleep when it happened so I was super relaxed. 
I’m almost 22 weeks now and the kicks are super strong and unmistakeable now, but up until last week they mostly felt like flutters, tickles, and an occasional flip that was impossible to miss and felt like I needed to go poo lol.

Honestly I didn’t feel movement until 20 weeks, and it was a definite little kick. After the first kick I put my two fingers on my stomach where I felt it and I actually felt her kick on my fingers! It wasn’t until she was bigger that I felt other movements
