losing motivation + breaking diet

I was doing so well for two weeks, working out every day and eating when I felt the need to. I lost 3 pounds and I was feeling great. It may also be because my period is right around the corner, but I’ve hit a funk. I’ve excessively cheated on my calorie deficit for 5 days now, I haven’t worked out, I don’t feel motivated and I’m just tired all the time.

To make matters worse, I’ve noticed I’ve been burning less calories on my workout despite giving all my effort which is REALLY not motivating. I would burn 500 in an hour and now I’m lucky if I even hit 400 total calories. I feel really disappointed and disgusted with myself. I was doing so good and I always let myself down.
