Two different Ovulation Days ?

Hi , 
I’m tracking my ovulation with LH strips & bbt but they are giving me two different days of ovulation . Which one should I follow ? 
According to my bbt chart I ovulated on the 24th but LH stops has my ovulation as the 28th

I’m in the exact same boat and just as confused. At this point I’m just continuing to track my temps and waiting to see when my period shows. (Hoping it doesn’t, but if my OPKs are right timing wasn’t great this month). I figure I’ll have a better idea of what really happened by when my period comes since my luteal phase is pretty consistent.

LH strips don’t tell you when you ovulate. They tell you when you have enough luteinizing hormone to release an egg, so when it’s possible you’ll ovulate.  BBT will tell you exactly when that egg was released, after the fact. Go based on BBT
