Need advice

I recently found out I’m pregnant with baby #2 i have a history of miscarriages. Well my first blood draw my hcg was only a 13 on a Thursday then i went the following Monday & they were a 68. I started bleeding this morning, no cramps just bleeding so i went to the er i thought i was around 6 weeks but ultrasound showed 4 weeks & some days. Also no blood around baby & baby was where it was supposed to be, hcg was 280 something. Said they couldn’t see a heartbeat but that’s common too this early. He told me i have bacterial vaginosis & it’s common in pregnancy. I came home & passed a blood clot. Just wondering if anyone has had something similar & baby was fine.
