False positive?

Hi all!

I haven’t received my period in 2 months so I decided to go to the doctors last month after I received a faint positive line. The doctor did blood tests and concluded that I wasn’t pregnant as no HCG was detected and it could be due to stress. This is my third month without a period and I thought I would test closer to my period due date. The first test is from the 1/06 (4 days ago) so I got some hope and thought I was pregnant after seeing a faint line!! I then tested the day after with a clear blue digital test and result came back negative! So I lost all hope and accepted I wasn’t pregnant and maybe I got another false positive. I then retested today on a first response test and I received another faint line (last two photos attached) I don’t know what to think anymore? I’m scared to go to the doctors in case they tell me it’s another false positive!!! I’m really anxious and hoping someone else has been through a similar experience? Hoping these tests are positive and I’m not just crazy!!!!
