Cramps worse when laying down

I am 4w6d and I have had cramps daily since I had implantation bleeding 7dpo. I have noticed the past couple days that the cramps are worse when I am sitting or laying on my back. Is this normal? This is my first pregnancy and I have PCOS and I am so nervous until I get my first ultrasound.
