Pregnancy and over the counter pills?

Hey guys, so I found out earlier this week that I'm 5 weeks pregnant, I called and set up a doctor appointment to verify but I won't be seem until later this month. A nurse contacted and said it's okay if I still take my acetaminophen pm but I wanted to get yalls opinion too? I'm stressed because my boyfriend is taking it pretty hard and I've maybe gotten 3 hours of sleep a day since I've found out. I need help sleeping and that acetaminophen pm was the only thing I've been taking for months. I'm going to try some sleepytime tea but please let me know your opinion.
