Do you have RH- blood? Since I'm RH-, my ob told me to get a rhogam shot for any bleeding, especially if I wasn't able to find the source (hemorrhoids or external irritation).

I’ve had that a couple times when I was 20 and 21 weeks. Just a couple bright red dots. Baby is doing well, just irritated cervix.

Are you sure it isn’t from a hemorrhoid/fissure? Those are common during pregnancy & it would be bright red. I’ve been getting them so I see this occasionally.
