PMDD help

I honestly have never had this problem until probably the past 5 years or so. About a week before my period I get extreme anxiety, mood swings, appetite changes (not eating at all) and muscles aches. But on about my second day after I start my period these symptoms disappear. I have talked to my doctor about it, and they put me on an antidepressant for specifically PMDD saying this is most likely the cause, but the symptoms are still there with each cycle. Is anyone else out there struggling with this? Anyone have any suggestions on how to naturally control symptoms? Or things I can add along with the medication to help reduce them?
