Why do I always have a bitter taste down there?

Use fem products, occasionally douche but NOT OFTEN AT ALL. maybe once every 3 or 4 months. Have tried just water, soap and water, and vagisil as cleanser. Always same result.

Stop douching and using feminine soaps. They're just scams to get you to spend money on a product that will throw off your ph so you then buy MORE of their products. Use just water to clean the outside only, and start taking a probiotic.

What everyone else said. Your ph is off. Do you experience any itching down there(not yeast related)? I did and it was because I was allergic to all soaps and was upsetting my ph balance making me taste bitter... So I cant soak in a bath after washing my hair or with a bath bomb. How I fixed my ph balance was acv baths. I rarely need them, but I do them if im itchy down there or my odor or taste is off(which is rare). 
My advice is just use clean water down there for awhile and if it doesnt return back to normal, try the acv baths its 1- 2 cups per bath.

•Improve your diet
•Keep track of your PH balance with test strips
•Take probiotics( Or cranberry pill)
•Drink juices or water constantly
•Use a washcloth when washing
• Prevent Yeast infections
