Mucus plug?? Please help

Mucus plug?? Im 21 week pregnant. Did sex at night and today afternoon this came out. Please help what could be this? Is this normal or should i call my doctor? Is it mucus plug? I had anatomy scan yesterday and everything was fine.

This happens pretty frequently after sex for me now at 21w. Last week I called the nurse on call and emergency GP because I was freaking out and when I saw my GP she said it's common after sex that some of the mucus plug might be dislodged. It happened again yesterday as well but she said as long as I don't feel like I'm going into labor it's fine!
Side note, my boyfriend thinks this is a direct correlation to the size of his penis 🙄 and although concerned initially now thinks this was a feat of mankind 🙄
