Is there some type shape wear for pregnancy

So this summer we are going on vacation and we will be there for more than a month so I will wear mostly dresses.So many of my dresses are body shaped and I hate how on side looks like

Now that I’m further in pregnancy looks even bigger and I don’t like it.And also on my back where kidneys are.I k ow that is normal but I just don’t like it

Is there good shape wear type for pregnancy but not to expensive
