5 weeks pregnant - brown mucus discharge to red blood

Hi ladies! Sorry for the TMI but I’m hoping someone can give me some insight! I’m currently 4 wks 5 days pregnant. I got a BFP yesterday. This morning I woke up with brown mucus discharge which turned to bright red blood. I have had bright red blood all day today when I use the bathroom. I have scoured the internet and have been coming up with the conclusion that I’m probably miscarrying but was wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what the results were?

I have a phone call into my OB but was hoping to get some real life stories!
