I need hair help!

I got pregnant with my fourth when my third was 10 months old. With all my other pregnancies I didn’t lose very much hair while pregnant (which I thought was normal) but this pregnancy I have been losing a lot more. And I wondered if it was because my pregnancies were so close OR if it was potentially because I got a perm back in July 2020? Or is it just normal to lose this much hair???
