Crib climber

My son has been standing up in his crib for close to a month now and almost every single night, he will stand and then fall and really hit his head or chin on the edge of the crib. Well, he's finally got a nice bruise under his chin.

I don't imagine that he'll ever stop before he figures out how to climb right out 😅 he's a monkey... so do they make anything or does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do to prevent him from hurting himself?
