Pregnant dream ?!!

So I just had a dream I was pregnant and it’s really freaking me out.. I should not be pregnant, I’m actually on transition of birth control right now so I still have my implant while I’m taking pills, TWO BIRTH CONTROLs!! Should I be worried? I have been feeling bloated but I that happens so I don’t know 😭😭 I need reassurance please. I don’t think I am but that’s scary, nightmare really.
